Neptune in Aquarius in 4th House
The ideal of children born during this period is the improvement of society, and they will be very interested in ideological and sociological questions. They probably greatly over- estimate the world's readiness for changes and will experience many disappointments.
This generation is interested in social concerns rather than in individual needs, self realization, or self knowledge, and there may be a considerable lack of such qualities.
In 1848, when Neptune was in Aquarius as well, Karl Marx wrote the Communist Manifest. When the generation born in that time was old enough to influence social developments and politics, the socialist movements became strong in many European countries, and social insurances were introduced.
Neptune in the Fourth House
You will have a very strong intuition about what is happening deep inside other people. However, your feelings about others may not always be clear to you, so what you learn by intuition confuses you.
As an adult you may continually look for the ideal home, a place to which you can withdraw and be at peace with yourself. Even as a child you will try to find your own special place where you alone can go to be calm and peaceful. As you grow up, you will learn that this place of retreat from the demands of the world must be located inside yourself. No place in the material universe can ever really be that peaceful, and as a result you will usually be somewhat disappointed in the real world.
Neptune Square Ascendant
You must learn to be very straightforward and honest in all your contacts with other people. Even harmless pretense is likely to lead to real misunderstandings and difficulties with others. Your actions are so easily misinterpreted that any willful act of this type will cause serious trouble. Similarly you may misunderstand your friends. You are very sensitive to unconscious messages from everyone you meet, because you perceive feelings and emotions that everyone has that are not usually perceived.
Also be careful not to form your image of yourself entirely through your relationships. At times, difficulties with others will make you feel demoralized and discouraged, especially if you are dependent upon others' reactions for your self-image. You have as many rights as anyone, and you should stand up for them.
